Functions

1. Maximized permanency(through sole system) : 1 main shaft for 1 bobbin spindle winding.
2. Steady and serial manufacturing of bobbin yarn : Small helical gear shaft working.
3. Synchronous winding of cotton & Polyester yarn : During cotton yarn winding, optional equipment makes polyester yarn be winding on the other spindle.
4. Landmark of synchronous winding of 2 sizes #6 & #12 : During #6 size bobbin yarn winding, another spindle can wind #12 (Top shuttle size) size bobbin yarn.
5. No tangle any more : Neat finishing of bobbin, prevents yarn tangling from loosen yarn which can possibly happens during embroidery working.
6. Continuous working is possible : Even though it needs checking by spindle problem, another spindle can keep working using extra belt. (Smaller size)
7. This machine has excellent compatibility with spare parts from old models.

Controlling guide

	Length(A,B) First remove the A nut by turning to the leftward and adjust the hexagonal head whape of B screw. And if you turn left, the shuttle thread becomes longer and if your turn right, the shuttle thread becomes shorter.
	Tension(G,H) Adjust tension of bobbin yarn using guide spring nut G & roller holder spring nut H
	Thickness(C,D) Remove the butterfly nut by turning to the leftward and adjust the controlling screw D And if you turn left, the shuttle thread becomes thinner and if you turn right, the shuttle thread becomes thicker. When a desired thickness is attained tighten the butterfly nut C to the rightward direction.
	Shape(E,F) Remove the butterfly nut E and adjust the control screw F And if you turn left, the shuttle thread becomes a round shape and if you turn right. The shuttle thread becomes a pointed shape. When a desired shape is attained, tighten the butterfly nut E
	Shape(I) The shape of the bobbin can be controlled by adjusting the height to the bobbin spindle

How to make a knot of the bobbin

It fail to make a knot of the bobbin, you must check carefully the following notices.
Check the spring part again and control it more tightly or loosely.
